MS PANON APPLE DOO is a family company that has been in existence since 2014 and is engaged in the production of compensation cushions made of linear polyethylene and cross-linked polyethylene, laminate and production of regenerated polyurethane sundries and blocks, memory foam and acoustic insulation.

Panon Apple is a company from Serbia, established in Bukovac, a suburb near Novi Sad in 2014. Since then it is engaged in the production of polyurethane and polyethylene elements.

Element made of polyethylene is compensation cushion. Compensation cushion is made of linear polyethylene and cross-linked polyethylene. It is mechanical and temperature sensitive and can deform under pressure but restore its natural shape a couple of seconds after pressure is gone. This makes it perfect for the protection of some elements like a pipeline…

Elements made of polyurethane are memory foam, sound insulation, and R-PUR 80, R-PUR 100, R-PUR140, and R-PUR 160. Memory foam is viscoelastic foam. Thanks to its temperature sensitivity it is able to adjust to the human body and because of that ability, it is mostly used for a sleeping mattress. Sound insulation is polyurethane cut in a triangular shape. That shape allows it to absorb sounds by decreasing the amplitude of the sound waves and turning them into heat. R-PUR 80, R-PUR 100, R-PUR140, and R-PUR 160 are sorts of rebonded polyurethane foam. This foam is made in rectangular blocks and contains specially selected prime foam particles and PU- based binding agent. Its original color is heterogeneous but it can be colored to fit specific demands. The only difference between those rebonded polyurethane foams is thickness.
